- Every proposed member must complete and submit a Hunter Wedding Specialists membership application form for consideration for membership
- Membership is subject to approval by the committee and members following a review of the application form. Membership can only be accepted into categories where vacancies exist.
- New members must have their application sponsored by an existing Hunter Wedding Specialists member. "The proposer".
- Membership is activated on payment of membership fees and is valid for one financial year
